Hi there! I’m Jay Gosselin, the founder of 3C Team Building & Training. I have been a student of character-based leadership for as long as I can remember. I believe that the development of character is the most important factor in building effective leaders, organizations and communities.

My passion for leadership development led me to founding MentorU, Discover Year, and 3C Team Building & Training. Through each of these businesses, my mission is to help people and organizations thrive.

The insights I have gathered from coaching hundreds of teams and over 15,000 people enables me and my team to deliver relevant, engaging and inspiring programming. My team’s greatest strength is our ability to connect authentically with all kinds of people and to create a safe and collaborative space to do honest, meaningful work.

Alex Keenan

Hello! I’m Alex Keenan, Program Manager and Facilitator at 3C Team Building and Training. I’m a firm believer in the power of skillful communication to help teams and individuals thrive. I take a genuine and creative approach to empowering groups to achieve their goals by expressing themselves clearly, confidently and empathetically.

Drawing on a professional background in law and training in improv comedy, my workshops blend professionalism, spontaneity and humour for a memorable learning experience that fosters courage, openness and growth. I’m also passionate about accessibility and inclusion, and am skilled in working with a range of abilities and learning styles.

Emily Kathen

Hello! My name is Emily Kathen and I am passionate about empowering others to achieve their full potential. With a background in communications and change management, I joined 3C Team Building and Training as Manager of Communications in 2021, and soon after became a workshop Facilitator.

Since then, I have had the privilege of working with teams of all sizes from a wide range of industries to deliver engaging and thought-provoking team building sessions. I love working collaboratively with clients to help them understand their team’s unique strengths and opportunities, while supporting them to build the skills, knowledge and awareness they need to set themselves up for greater success.

Known for my enthusiasm, curiosity and social intelligence, I infuse fun and humour (and a good dose of education!) into every one of my sessions to ensure it is a positive, memorable and relevant experience for everyone involved.

Renée Michaud

Hello! I am Renée Michaud, enthusiastic facilitator at 3C Team Building and Training since 2019. As an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, I work with professionals using a humanistic coach approach to collaboration for more productive and enjoyable teamwork. I am passionate about using creative arts exercises to facilitate engaging and fun training experiences that activate the whole brain and the entire group.

My professional background is in communications and education and I am currently training in the fascinating field of art therapy. I lead with humour and empathy while helping people grow together through change.
