Successful teamwork in an escape room requires shared purpose, effective leadership, good communication, mutual trust and group synergy — the very same characteristics needed for team success in today’s economy.
That’s why we have partnered with Escape Manor since 2015 to deliver hundreds of interactive workshops to help teams extract lessons from their escape room and apply them to their ongoing teamwork in the workplace.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
1) Build a sense of cohesion by inspiring team members to actively participate in collaborative problem-solving
2) Extract key insights and lessons in teamwork and leadership and apply them to your team’s day-to-day work
3) Identify your team’s strengths and areas for development in collaboration and communication

LOCATION & FORMAT OPTIONS
This experience can be delivered in the following formats, depending on your team’s location and preferences:
1) In-person at one of the Escape Manor locations (Ottawa, Toronto or Hamilton)
2) In-person at a location that is convenient for you (such as an office or conference space), using our portable escape game, Ransom and Return
3) Online anywhere in the world using one of Escape Manor’s virtual escape games, TAKEN I: The Swiss Account, TAKEN II: Finding Caesar, or Society of Themis
TIMING OPTIONS
Approx. 1-hour escape room activity + an interactive post-escape workshop (1-3 hours, depending on your team’s needs)
