In this training workshop, your team will learn and practice the basics of active listening and understand the role it plays in the coaching process. You will also explore how to leverage these skills to communicate more effectively, collaborate more productively, and build more meaningful and productive relationships within your team.

This training can be delivered as:
1) A 2-hour interactive workshop
2) A 3-hour interactive workshop with “micro-coaching” exercise to help you apply and practice the skills
